This class is centered on building strength and enhancing mobility through varied modalities, such as weights, kettle bells, resistance bands and bodyweight to increase strength, flexibility, coordination, and stability.

Weighted & Wild

Wednesdays, 5:30pm, $20

This class will focus on combining weighted movements with Animal Flow, offering a unique and fun approach to strength training. You'll learn fundamental Animal Flow moves like Crab Reach, Side Kick through, and Scorpion, among others. This session is designed to engage your entire body, and will include a significant amount of ground-based movement.

Animal Flow

(Beginner Friendly)

Saturdays, 8:30am, $20

This playful, ground-based class introduces foundational Animal Flow movements like Ape, Beast, and Crab.

We’ll continue w/flexibility work while adding core stability and coordination training—all in good fun, that builds strength from the ground up.
