Isometric & Dynamic Movement

A slower-paced class that emphasizes flexibility, stability, and tension relief through a blend of dynamic and static stretching.

We’ll focus on the mind-body connection and may gradually build sequences for a fluid, flowing practice.

Animal Flow Fusion

(Animal Flow Style: Beginner Friendly)

Saturdays, 8:30am, $20

This playful, ground-based class introduces foundational Animal Flow movements like Ape, Beast, and Crab.

We’ll continue w/flexibility work while adding core stability and coordination training—all in good fun, that builds strength from the ground up.
